How much does shipping cost for golf clubs and bags?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all orders, with free delivery available on orders over $150. Expedited shipping options for urgent tournament needs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return a golf club if I have already used it?
To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Used clubs may be eligible for our trade-in program rather than a standard return.
Do you offer custom fitting or loft and lie adjustments?
Currently, we sell standard manufacturer specifications. However, we provide a wide range of shaft flexes and grip sizes to help you find the best fit for your swing profile.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are the golf balls sold on your site new or refurbished?
We sell 100% brand new golf balls in original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell 'lake balls' or refurbished sets unless explicitly stated in a specific clearance listing.
